Michael Glasder took a clear victory today in Lake Placid, New York in the HS-100 US National Championships. Â With difficult wind conditions in the first round, Glasder was able to put together a great jump that gave him a 10 meter advantage going into the final round. Â Kevin Bickner had a solid second round effort, but it wasn’t enough to catch Glasder, who secured the victory with a 100 meter effort in the final round. Nick Mattoon also landed on the podium in 3rd place. This is the fist National Tile for Glasder. Â “It feels great to finally stand on top of the podium at Nationals. Â I was satisfied with the consistency and level of my jumping this weekend. This win will help with my confidence moving into the winter season.” Said Glasder.
